Rules and Guidelines
Waivers and Damage Forms
All renters must sign a waiver and damage liability form! No exceptions to this rule! Renter will pay all major damage, broken part(s), and repair labor costs. All rental units will be inspected pre and post rental return.
Rental Requirements
- All renters must be 25 years of age to rent.
- Driver's license
- Credit/Debit Card
- Deposit for reservation
- Legal guardians must sign for all riders under 25 years of age.
- MotoSports Carrier ATV/UTV Rentals reserves the right to refuse or turn away suspicious or non-qualified renters. No exceptions!
ATV Safety
A helmet is required at all times when you're on ATVs, Dirt Bikes and Side by Sides. There's a 5 mph speed limit in the parking lot. No Wheelies, Donuts and Horseplay. All renters are to use green trails only. No expert trails (Black and Red). Absolutely no mud holes. All trails are posted. Riding here is a privilege, Please don't disrespect this privilege.
Park Admission
Rental cost does not cover the fee for riding. Day pass is sold separately through the ATV Park. Experience The New Lost Trails ATV Park on your unguided ATV/UTV tour! Reservations
Under the menu/list, you choose what you would like to rent. Call to check availability. When you call to book your reservation, please take care to select the correct date(s). A $50.00 deposit is required to hold your reservation. We accept Cash, all major Credit/Debit Cards as well as Venmo. Refund/Cancellation Policy
When reservation deposits are made for an ATV or UTV, you agree to the following refund policy:
- 100% Refund = 10 or more days prior to your reservation date.
- 50% Refund = 5 to 9 days prior to your reservation date.
- 0% Refund = 4 or less days prior to your reservation date.
- No Refund on cancellations due to rain, heat, snow, no shows or any natural event.
- Refund based on the above policies only or you may reschedule your reservation to a later date.
